Yes! You can choose your preferred stone colour (mixing colours allowed) when adding the
design to your Wishlist, and we will customise it accordingly.

There are simple steps:

1. To place an order, you can select design, stone colour (mixing colours allowed), and
   quantity. (Minimum order requirement applies)
   a. Then add it to your Wishlist and submit the order to us.
   b. Or email us your order requirements at sales@janetjewellery.com
   *The minimum order quantity is 3 pieces per design, and the minimum order total is $500 USD.*
2. We will send you a ‘quotation price’ as soon as possible for the confirmation.
3. Once you’ve placed your order, and make a 30% deposit of the grand total.
4. We will notify you, once your goods are ready.
5. Choose your preferred courier.
   *Shipping costs are not included in the grand total and will be charged separately.

We accept payments via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and Western Union.

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order’s weight
and destination. We will provide tracking information.

Yes, you can choose your preferred courier for shipping. Example: UPS, FedEx…etc.
